Following the background of economic globalization,the market division of labor among enterprises in various countries is detailed,the degree of free competition in the market is deepened,and the competition among enterprises is more intense.Its essence is the competition of talents.The important role of talents is more and more prominent.More and more enterprises pay more attention to human resource management.As the core competitiveness of enterprises,how to deal with it? Retaining and attracting talents is a problem faced by every enterprise.The study of employee turnover rate and loyalty has become a hot issue in management,especially in human resource management.Being a big manufacturing country and the second largest economy in the world,China needs a lot of labor.With the development of production technology and the transformation and development of enterprises,more excellent talents are needed.However,in recent years,the high turnover rate,difficult recruitment and large gap of employees in enterprises in the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta have become the development predicament of traditional manufacturing enterprises.The increasing mobility of employees restricts the development of enterprises in the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta.Exhibition.NK company as a research and development,production,processing and sales of food companies,mainly engaged in beverages,condiments,rice noodles and other products,is a production-intensive enterprise,requires a large number of labor and management personnel.Since 2012,NK company has lost a large number of production staff and management personnel,frequent turnover of staff,to the company’s development has a greater impact,the need for human resources management link system design,improve employee satisfaction and loyalty.This paper mainly discusses the loyalty of NK employees.Using the questionnaire survey method,this paper systematically combs and analyzes the research status at home and abroad,collates the equity theory,the hierarchy of needs theory and the two-factor theory to provide support for this study.Using the questionnaire survey method,the loyalty of NK employees is analyzed.Through the data processing of SPSS22.0,it is found that the loyalty of NK employees and existing employees to NK employees is low,and employees’ satisfaction to NK company’s corporate culture,corporate development prospects,salary and welfare,leadership style,promotion and development is low.Combined with the results of the questionnaire survey,the use of Fuzzy matrix analysis shows that the factors affecting employee loyalty of NK company are salary and welfare,promotion and development,enterprise development prospects,leadership style,training system,enterprise culture,and the factors affecting employee loyalty from high to low are educational level,age,working life and so on.In view of these problems and factors,from the social level of public welfare system,integrity restraint mechanism,corporate culture,recruitment mechanism,salary and welfare,leadership style,career and other aspects of the individual staff ideas,career planning and self-awareness to enhance Strategy.This paper will play a positive role in solving the loyalty problem of NK company employees,improving the human resources management and enterprise management of NK company,and has a certain practical value and reference significance to enhance the loyalty of employees in the food industry and manufacturing industry in China.
