This paper studies knowledge worker, builds up the causality model of impact factors and employee loyalty, demonstrates the model is acceptable and the factors include organization culture, organization characteristic, leader style, the prestige of leader, the work conditions match knowledge workers' characteristic, income in a broad sense, the relationship between the colleagues. Another causality model is built up about loyalty and employee performance and it is demonstrated acceptable. A review of recent research yields a variety of measures of loyalty, many of which cannot be distinguished from descriptions of organization commitment. As the foundation of empirical study, this paper defines the employee loyalty firstly, and then builds up measures of loyalty which are evaluated the reliability and validity. By adding two factors of voluntary decision and moral nature, we set it apart from current descriptions of organizational commitment. The research conclusion of effects of employee loyalty supports some measures of employee loyalty management in enterprise, such as, strengthen organization culture construction, leadership management, training management, perfect salary system, value employee mental income and construct a good work atmosphere etc. The positive effect of loyalty to performance explains employee loyalty makes a contribution to employee performance then the enterprise performance, this conclusion emphasizes further the value of employee loyalty.
