In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge workers must become the key elements of the core competitiveness in establishing and maintaining. With 80s gradually entering the workplace gradually and become the main body of knowledge workers and play an increasingly important role, how to keep and maintain knowledge worker loyalty to the enterprise become a big topic which the academic of the management and businesses must pay attention.Firstly, this paper studies and analyses the research situation about knowledge workers after 80s and employ loyalty both at home and abroad through a lot of documents, and review them briefly. Secondly, by literature review, expert interview and questionnaire investigation, preliminary gets the employ loyalty influencing factors of knowledge workers after 80s, and based on some research hypotheses, construct the model about employ loyalty influencing factors of knowledge workers after 80s. The study investigates over 300 knowledge workers after 80s from different enterprises in different directions, using spss18.0 statistical analysis of investigation data obtained loyalty influencing factors of knowledge workers after 80s and the current situation,at the same time, introducing some common background variables such as gender, age, education, on-the-job time, post level to analysis the differences of the impact on the employ loyalty.Studies show that the enterprise culture and enterprise features, leading factors, job benefits, promotion and development, internal communication, external opportunities are the employ loyalty influencing factors of knowledge workers after 80s. Data also shows that employ loyalty of knowledge workers after 80s are at the middle level, and the two background variables education and growth environment have an significant effect on employ loyalty of knowledge workers after 80s.Accordingly, we analysised the cause from the organization factors, leading factors, job factors and external environment four angles of the model, and made some suggestion from the perspective of human resources management about recruitment period, incubation periods, quit incubation period, and the departure stage five stages in order to develop and enhance the employ loyalty of knowledge workers after 80s.
