Demand change management in the course of developing contract management system is elaborated from the following three parts, demand change in the course of development, the reasons of such change and demand change management.Specifically, demand change in the development includes general function requirement, network requirement and topology graph, suggestions, and mode. Demand and change management after implement is elaborated from searching from filing, surface, statistical summary and carry-over.
