In recent years, People’s Bank of China implements tight money policy, the reduction of infrastructure investment cause a chain reaction, the speed of highway investment slow down, investment structure and contract mode also tend to diversification, the competition pattern turns from “mainly bid” to “mainly BT、BOT and EPC”. As the only one enterpeise with super-grade qualification as general contractor of highway works construction in Chongqing, Chongqing Communication Construction(Group) Co., Ltd.(hereinafter refered to as “CQCC”) has contracted to build three highway and three secondary road in short term, the total general contracting amount exceed 15 billion, business expansion and shift of valuation pattern lead to unprecedented difficulties and chanllege to projects management of the enterprise, how to improve the efficiency and level of projects management rapidly is a problem to the enterpeise.With the abovementioned background, from the daily projects management scope of construction enterprises, the paper takes contract and fund as pointcuts, discuss and reaearch meticulously, the paper research the inner link of ralated businesses and realize results with informatization system. The system has been applied to daily managements of CQCC, and its preliminary application shows that the system has been accepted by the user.The paper mainly researches follow points:① Researches the development technology of the construction enterprises’ informatization constructions,such as RIA, BPM and WFM.②Analyzes the demand of contract and fund coordinated management system of CQCC.③Takes the coordinated management of contract and fund as pointcuts, the paper researches system design principles, system structure, functional structure, database form, network structure, deploy design and safety measures in detail, insure the rationality of whole design of the system.④The system can be operated in local area network and internet, and can be used by staff within CQCC. The implementation of the system improves the manegement efficiency, controls the contract risk, enlarges the business scale, increases the profit, and contributes greatly in expanding business, promoting strength and establish brand of CQCC.
