The Materialized Consciousness In Archives Management

The problem of matter and consciousness is one of the basic problems of thephilosophical study, it also one of the basic problems of Archival Science study.Archives management is inseparable from the material and consciousness, we need tounderstand correctly the question of the material and consciousness of archivesmanagement，which is the basic problem of archives management, in order tocorrectly understand the property, characteristics of archives management. This articlemainly aims at the aspects of consciousness of archives management, it discusses thematerialized consciousness in archives management deeply, and the materializedconsciousness is the basic problems of archives management.This paper is divided into three parts. The first part introduces the concept of thematerialized consciousness in archives management and its historical developmentprocess. The materialized consciousness in archives management is the consciousnessof archive management became ture in a form of material, and the materializedconsciousness in archives management is the result of a conditional, it alsoexperienced a process of development and change. When we talk about thematerialized consciousness in archives management, we also need to talk about thehumanized nature. The second part is the focus of this paper, this part mainlydiscusses the characteristics, form and content of the materialized consciousness. As aunique phenomenon in archives management, the materialized consciousness inarchives management in the mode of action, existence and development has its specialperformance. Contents and forms of the materialized consciousness in archivesmanagement are the same, archives laws and regulations, archiving and classificationrules, the archives identification methods and principles make up the main contents ofthe materialized consciousness in archives management, they are also its mainmanifestation. The third part discusses the relationship between the materializedconsciousness and logical management of archives. The materialized consciousness isclosely related to the concept of logical management of archives. No the materializedconsciousness, no logical management of archives; no logical management ofarchives, no the materialized consciousness. In a word, this paper tries to through the discussion of the materializedconsciousness in archives management in comprehensively and systematically toprovide a new perspective in know about the matter and consciousness in archivesmanagement work.
