Research On EHS System Optimization Of Electrical Equipment Manufacturing Corporation Based On Accident Analysis Technology

To reach the goal of corporation’s EHS management, executives are willing to push aEHS management system based on ISO14001&OHSAS18001, especially inElectrical Equipment Manufacturing Corporation(EEMC). However, some problemsemerge as establishment, operation and auditing on this system, which may lead toenterprise’s accidents. This dissertation aims at optimization of corporate’s EHSsystem by using accident analysis methods.Combining with characters of EEMC accidents, use accident analysis method toanalyze plant accidents. This dissertation will use Failure Tree Analysis(FTA) toanalyze accidents to find the basic incidents which lead to the accident directly, thenexplore the EHS management factors related to the basic incidents.By using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), we make severity analysis on theEHS management factors in order to make quantitative research. This can help tooptimize corporation’s EHS procedures.Using FTA and AHP in corporation’s EHS system establishment and auditing,from the aspects of accident analysis and accident control, research on key points ofEHS system establishment and auditing to reach EHS management targets.Research on EHS system optimization of SBMLV by the method above, as anexample. Using this method in internal auditing to find procedures which need to berevised and make a comprehensive optimization on the EHS management system.
