Information is not only the tendency for current world economic and social development but also for the foreign enterprises in the economic globalization which is the way to enhance the core competitiveness and achieve greater development. With the rapid development of information construction, an important part of enterprise management of Manufacturing Execution System, (referred to as MES systems) will be undergoing tremendous changes. Equipment Management is as an indispensable component of MES system and the major content of the construction of enterprise information. It can be predicted the design of equipment management subsystem of MES system and the implementation will enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises which have a positive and far-reaching influence.Manufacturing Execution System is a new concept that put forward by the American management sector in the beginning of 90's last century. It can optimize the management for orders issued from the beginning to the completion of the entire production process of products to of real-time events occurred in the factory and to make timely responses and reports and use current and accurate data to guide them accordingly and processing by transfer the information. The key of MES is to emphasize the entire production process optimization in the optimization process and it requires the collection and processing of management data and a large number of real-time data of production plans handed down by the production process produces and handle the event in time.At present, many domestic manufacturers begin to deploy the application of the implementation of MES, and many industry MES has been widely applied to become an integral part of the equipment management system that attached more and more business managers attention. The main purpose of equipment management is to use advanced computer technology and scientific management model to manage enterprise equipment and ensuring the equipment of high efficiency, long-term, safe and economical operation and better ensure that enterprises get the best value for money. The system of equipment management has a very great influence on the development and implementation of an accurate assessment of production capacity and improves production efficiency and traceability of equipment.This paper is mainly analyzed the MES-related theory and technology development and discussed the importance of aviation enterprises to implement MES and detailed equipment management-related theories and methods, focusing on the research on the Equipment Management Subsystem Design and implementation for certain aerospace manufacturing enterprise MES. Allusion to the production equipment for the aviation enterprises and its characteristics combined with device management business processes, analysis of equipment management system, optimized the system of MES systems for business processes and data flows, on this basis, the overall structure of the system is designed by functional modules and systems databases, and systematically implement the major function modules at last.Equipment management subsystem includes the following modules: Account Management equipment, equipment maintenance management, testing and acceptance management, equipment, spare parts management, equipment maintenance operations management, equipment condition visual management, equipment maintenance performance management, equipment operation qualification management, equipment maintenance knowledge management. Papers are mainly my accounting management module in the device, equipment maintenance management module as part of the detailed work undertaken in the design and implementation.The basic data of equipment accounting subsystem comes from Enterprise Resource Planning (referred to as ERP systems) and the information will ultimately be issued to the device set of accounting information automated control system and therefore, the module of the equipment accounting subsystem can exchange information with the module of the ERP system and automated control system . In the data collection interface design of ERP systems and automated control system, we take full account of the interface standard of sexual and openness. At the same time, equipment accounting system and Product Data Management integration (referred to as PDM) needed equipment, operation and management system provides the preparation process route and process equipment used procedures basic information. Equipment accounting subsystems are managed by multiple sub-modules which mainly includes six modules: the property leading-in of equipment, equipment accounting maintenance, equipment based data definition, equipment operation qualification management processes, equipment service status changes processes and equipment comprehensive monitoring.The basic data of equipment maintenance subsystem comes from the accounting subsystem and this information will ultimately be issued to the equipment maintenance information automated assembly control system and provide information data for the maintenance content and make the content of maintenance work according to maintenance period. The equipment maintenance management consists of a number of sub-modules that mainly includes five modules: namely, the accounting equipment maintenance, equipment-based data definitions, the processes of equipment operation qualification management, the processes of equipment service status varying and equipment comprehensive monitoring.On the base of thorough understanding of subsystems, the paper detailed analysis business processes of two modules and systematically expounded the device management module and equipment maintenance of the accounting functions of the module structure, data processing, databases, logic design, physical design and eventually be realized in the MES system platform.The entire design process is within the enterprise network: take Windows 2003 Server as a web server, Oracle10g database server as a background and PLSQL Developer as a database front-end development tool, using Jsp to network programming, in the My Eclipse development platform using J2EE development language, adopting SSH + oracle BPM + XFire technical framework and take B / S model as the base to build and use LAN on account of MES as equipment management subsystem.The successful implementation of the system achieve good application effect of equipment ledger and management, tacking prevent system management as the main line, spare parts management as the protection and equipment knowledge management as the support to establish a modern equipment management platform to speed up related information retrieval; from paper, manpower to the computer, the time is down to minutes from a day to achieve the accounting of equipment dynamic information-sharing and procurement of spare parts inventory information sharing, reduced inventory costs, reduce equipment downtime and ensure of inventory accuracy.On this basis ,we can establish the early warning mechanisms and online approval system to improve management efficiency effectively through integrated management and improve coherence and production; improve business flow efficiency and reduce equipment maintenance costs and management costs to protect the safety of equipment, normal operation of the assets to extend the life cycle of the equipment to improve efficiency in the use of equipment, in order to achieve fault analysis, condition monitoring and analysis, reliability management, rational maintenance cycle analysis, reasonable and spare parts inventory analysis, decision analysis to address the sustainable development of enterprise device management issues, in order to adjust product structure, production planning formulation, equipment renovation to provide decision-making analysis support. With the combination of operating experience in the future work, I will further improve the system of the management process, using an efficient and convenient office module to improve the overall equipment management level and work efficiency of the company. Through the MES system link among each unit, we can achieve the use of on-site equipment, and achieve the usage rates of local equipments and actual time collection of good rate data, in order to monitor the equipment operation status timely and accurately.Finally, this paper based on the design of equipment management subsystem projects for the MES system, demonstrated the good effect of the system in the range of enterprise equipment management, at the same time, it has laid a solid foundation for the MES for the promotion of aerospace manufacturing industry.
