Development On Management System Of Power Equipment Manufacturing Corporation And Research On Purchasing Optimization Model

Along with the fast development of high technology, information technology has already gone deep into all areas of life. In all kinds of manufacturing enterprises, the small and medium-size ones, being one part of the main push of national economy, of which the informatization construction has obtained more and more attention. Not only business process would be standardized, capital turnover would be expedited, but also top managers could control the operation of each department at any moment through the computerized management of enterprises. Therefore, the integration management of material flow, information flow and capital flow could be realized.This thesis based on the background of some power equipment manufacturing corporation in Shenyang. A data stream management system was tailored according to the characteristics of the corporation, gathering requirement, purchase, inventory management and statistic analysis in an organic whole. As the power manufacturing project being the bond, the expenses of each cost center in the project were figures out via management of the whole process.The thesis mainly introduced how to analyze, design and implement this system. In the part of system analysis, the thesis focused on how to describe the destination, organization structure, transaction flow and data flow. In the part of system design, the general design of the system was proposed based on the whole description, modules and structure diagram. The detailed design of system includes the function of systdem, database and human-machine interface. This system mainly included seven function modules as integrated management, requirement management, purchasing management, inventory management, financial management, system maintenance, and inquiry statistics. And the system was designed in B/S mode with three layers structure. The development environment was Microsoft Visual Studio2008with.Net framework3.5. The database tool was SQL Server2005having excellent agility and stability. At last, in the part of system implementation, the key technology of system development and the implementation methods about each module of the system were introduced.Purchasing plays a connecting role in the operation process of the corporation. Purchasing connects internal customers and external suppliers in the supply chain. The external value of the supply chain transfers to internal enterprise through the procurement eventually transfers to external customers. As the background of the power equipment manufacturing corporation, a stochastic programming model was established aimed on minimizing the procurement cost, solved by genetic algorithm and given instances.For now the management system of the power equipment manufacturing corporation has been put into operation. Operation results suggested that the system could meet the requirement of corporation users, realize the effective management of the process of power equipment manufacturing and get a high reputation from the customers.
