| Warehouse is an important part of the modern logistics system, plays a vital role in logistics system, the key research and planning points of manufacturers. Warehouse control system is one of the two most essential parts of automatic storage system applications, a combination of modern logistical equipments, computer network, information identification and information management system. Meanwhile, it bases on the informationization and focuses on the mechatronics, so as to improve the ability of logistics operation and the productivity, also, to decline the operation error rate, assisting the enterprise to gain more profit. Here is the operating principle:it receives business data from the upper management system(WMS/ERP),together with the operation feedback information from the upper lever host/lower machine, through the information based on the count of carrier, with the addition of working progress from the site and its correspondence, to build instruction and issue to the execution unit(EU),which dispatches the various warehouse devices to accomplish logistics operation.WCS is the connection between upper lever host and the lower machine, what is more, it provides Graphical User Interface used for controlling, supervisory, error diagnostics and data query.This essay takes the pharmaceutical industry’s warehouse or logistics distribution centers as the background, in which bar code technology has been widely used as means of identifying and collecting information, meanwhile, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) was widespread applied in industrial control. A solution of integrated warehouse control system was discussed.The main research contents are as follows:according to the analysis toward its actual logistics operation and requirements, to give the overall structure and to build database system which used to store real-time data information and base tables of mapping relationships, and to design and implement supervisory system based on OPC Server as well. |
