Design And Realization Of Health Examination Information System

With the continuously raising of the living level of people,concerning about healthcare is strengthening.Health examination has become a great important part of health care in people’s lives.The number of heath examiner has been raising rapidly because of so many kinds of heath examiner include special professionals, occupational disease patients, individuals,and units’workers.However.efficiency of traditional health exam is too low to meet the demand of health examiner that have been raising rapidly.Therefore,in order to improve the efficiency of heath exam,health examination management system that satisfy the demand for health exam management must be used.According to the medical informatization of First Hospital of Lanzhou University and traits of Pysical Examination Information System(PEIS) in hospital,this paper gave analysis,design and realization to the PEIS.Firstly,based on the analysis about demands of physical examination center in First Hospital of Lanzhou University.we finished general design of the system,and discussed architecture,operation procedure,general function.Secondly,we gave design in detail about modules of appointment and register,charge and settle accounts,report management,statistics and query,and discussed their particular function and arithmetic realization.Finaly,this paper gave a summary and look into the distance about PEIS.The system uses powerbuilder as developing tool and oracle as database management system,it runs in windows.After function test and non-function test,it indicates that the system runs well and could meet the demands of PEIS,and the system has been put into ues in First Hospital of Lanzhou University.As results of using PEIS,it gives good medical informatization in physical examination business in First Hospital of Lanzhou University,shortens times of physical examination,improves work efficiency and service quality,unifies physical examination reports,it brings great benefits and society influences.
