Design And Implementation Of Physical Examination Data Acquisition Management System

The development of information technology is like a revolution and goes deep into all fields.The medical field also has a strong demand for the development of information technology.With the increase of the total population,the improvement of people's living standards and the concern of all walks of life on the health of employees,the medical examination of the hospital is getting more and more busy.This thesis designs and realizes the physical examination data collection and management system based on B/S system.For the hospital,it helps doctors get rid of the traditional paper-based office working methods and improves the office efficiency,making the hospital physical examination process,physical examination data management More standardized.For patients,the physical examination process more standardized,physical examination data will not occur loss,loss and other damage,to long-term preservation,to facilitate hospital follow-up treatment.The paper first analyzes the medical examination business process and the doctor's needs,including functional analysis and non-functional analysis.Based on the analysis results,the overall scheme of physical examination data acquisition management system is proposed and designed,which includes the design of system architecture,business module and database.Finally,the system realization is described in detail,which is account management,back-end management and physician-end respectively.Based on the rationality and safety of the service,detailed functional and performance testing of each module is done.
