Modern people pay more and more attention to their health with the continuous improvement of living standards,so health information management is becoming more and more popular as an emerging health service model that can transform passive disease treatment into active health management.At present,most of the health information management products are used in hospitals,rehabilitation centers and other medical institutions at home and abroad,but few used for the public.A personal health information management system that is oriented towards the public and has rich functions is designed and developed based on analyzing the shortcomings of the existing health information management system.To achieve the purpose of reducing the degree of coupling between the view layer and the business logic layer,Java EE(Java Platform Enterprise Edition)is chosen as the development platform of the system and strust2 framework is applied to impement the MVC(Model View Controller)designing pattern in the paper.At the same time,to achieve loose coupling between business logic and data access,MySQL database is chosen as the main storage database of the system and integrating the object-relational mapping framework Hibernate to achieve data persistence.Finally,the system information authentication,rights management and single sign-on functions are completed through the Spring integrated security control framework Shiro.Front-end technologies such as Ajax,jQuery,and JFreeChart are used in the front-end development process of the system and the refresh-free dynamic display is implemented in some important function modules to reduce the waiting time of the user and the response burden of the system server to improve the user experience.System development includes requirements analysis,system design,system implementation,and testing.The system's implementation goals and overall requirements is defined by the requirements analysis,and the functional requirements analysis divides the structure of the functional modules,at the same time,non-functional requirements analysis including quality reliability requirements analysis and security requirements analysis is performed;the overall design of the system is introduced in the steps of system design,the functional modules including system management,user information management,health information management,health file management are detailed designed,the business execution process is analyzed,a business process analysis model is created;a detailed database table of the system core including health file management function module and user information management module is design to ensure that the obtained database table structure;application programs and user interfaces were developed on the basis of system requirements analysis and system design and the system has been fully functional testing and performance testing.This system classifies and manages health information,making it easy for users to find and use,and greatly improves the management efficiency of health information.This personal health information management system has important application value and practical significance for preventing the occurrence of diseases,reducing medical expenses,optimizing regional medical resources,and promoting personal health.
