With food safety issues becoming increasingly prominent and the growing importance of aquaculture product safety, this article focuses on the monitoring and control of the coop farming. As the most important one to the process of rural industrialization, the livestock industry occupies a pivotal position in increasing farmers’ income and building a moderately prosperous society. Due to its small scale, low degree of standardization of management, scientific and technological content, traditional farming model has become increasingly unsuited to the requirements of modern industry. The implementation of large-scale farming standardized, and further breeding control automation, information and intelligence has become the trend.Because of the poor environment and inconvenient wiring condition in the Coop, a combination of network architecture is used. The net is based on the distributed wireless sensor networks with the local Ethernet, public network. Zigbee is the flexible ad-hoc networks, flexible and easy to install and maintain. The sheds internal environmental information is transferred through the wireless network to the control room, through the serial port to Ethernet access to the local monitoring center, regulators can monitor inside environment through the real-time client software. Local client connect the Internet remote server through the public network.By anglicizing henhouse environment, the control system of coop internal environmental is multivariable, time-delay and nonlinear. Intelligent integration algorithm combined fuzzy control with genetic algorithm can be used in this system. Not depending on the precise control model, fuzzy control based on human thinking and processing mode establish control rule base with farming expertise and practical experience. Genetic algorithms continue to improve fuzzy control rule base through self-learning and online self-optimization, so that the hen house environmental control system evolve to achieve optimal control.Breeding information management system is divided into the local client and the remote data center. Local client with query and input function real-time displays breeding parameters, at the same time upload data to data center server. Storing information and processing breeding parameters,network server database supports real-time data and historical data query functions, provides data support for the traceable information.Breeding environment monitor system is set up by the Zigbee to form a distributed sensor network, which achieves real-time monitor of the coop temperature,humidity, ammonia, carbon dioxide, wind speed and so on. One hand we can use integrated intelligent algorithm to improve coop internal environment by controlling the temperature,humidity,ventilation; On the other hand, establish information database through breeding management information system to provide support for the expert decision making and traceable aquaculture products.This article focuses on the information monitoring, network communication architecture, multi-sensor network design, sheds environment integrated intelligent control algorithms, and environmental control programs.
