China’s catering industry is a huge market, known as China’s gold industry. The collectivize strategy is the mainstream of the development of China’s catering industry, at the same time, the mass consumption gradually becomes the main force. The restaurant industry trends gradually move towards high-end, brand, size, chain and information technology, at the same time, food and beverage management software standardization becomes more easily useful, more powerful. However, the characteristics of the existing hotel and catering ordering system is for low-end consumer groups, for fast food and take-away, a simple function can only book a room, not order dishes, book online, call to confirm scheduled online, which is the offline transaction mode. In this paper, for the high-end hotels and high-end consumer groups, the design and implementation of a high-end hotel booking and ordering service platform for mobile end system supports the user to book rooms and order dishes with mobile smart devices. The platform integrates with the hotel and catering management system to achieve the integration of customer self-scheduled and on-site consumption.First of all, based on the discussion of the background of the high-end hote booking and ordering service platform and the problems faced in its development and design, this paper analysis the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system, and described system requirements using case diagrams and case descriptions.On the basis of the requirement analyzing, this paper gives the system architecture design of high-end hotel reservations and ordering service platform. Firstly, according to the design goals and principles of the system, the paper designs the technical architecture and the system architecture. Considering the unity of the system, high reliability, scalability, and user operation principles of convenience, technical architecture is divided into the data storage layer, the underlying support layer and the application layer. In the functional architecture design, this paper discusses the composition of each part, and finally puts up a dynamic process of system function.Following the architecture design, this paper steps to the detailed design of the high-end hotel reservations and ordering service platform for mobile-end system. Using UML modeling tools to draw a class diagram of the system, the part completes the design of the static structure of the system. The part finishes the dynamic behavior design of each module by drawing the sequence and activity diagrams. Database design includes the database concept design and physical design. By drawing database E-R diagrams and detailed data tables and describing the structure of main data table, this paper completes the database design.Based on the detailed design. This paper puts up the overall effect diagram of the system and various parts of the implementation. The system development environment is Eclipse Juno, while running server is Tomcat7.0.11and database is MySQL5.0.18. the paper elaborates the implementation of hotel filtering, interface design of ordering and postprandial comment, the realization of personalized recommendation. In this section, the paper describes the process of implementing of hotel filtering function and personalized recommendation for hotel and gives out a detailed description of how to provide users with a good user experience while ensuring the integrity of the function. In addition, this paper introduces the system test.At last, this paper introduces the application of high-end hotel reservations and ordering service platform for mobile-end system, and proposes an advice for further improvement.
