With the process of urbanization in Jinan, the faster the pace of construction of the municipal sewer system, large-scale, fast update, drainage network management more and more difficult. In recent years, the city storm sewer overflow and poor drainage events have occurred, Jinan who have been heavy rains caused varying degrees of damage, the social order, urban functions, environment and resources, to the people’s living standards, economic and social development and urban the normal operation of a greater impact. In response to the above problems, improve the urban drainage network operation monitoring, management and emergency service levels, drainage management service center in Jinan City to carry out the construction of the municipal sewer line monitoring system.Project by constructing drainage facilities online monitoring system five-level layer:Data Acquisition、Data Transmission Network,、 Data Layer,、Business Support Layer and Business Application Layer to achieve real-time operating status of the drainage network and facilities monitoring. Building in the use of Remote Sensing, Telemetry, Database, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Global Positioning System (GPS), the Internet (the Internet) and other modern technology to support the design and development of the project. Of this project includes the construction of the hardware platform and software platform, Data Acquisition Layer is based on Internet of Things technology, deployment, and access level measurement equipment, advanced drains within the urban underground drainage network level and flow monitoring; Data Transmission Layer through the establishment and wired, wireless data transmission network real-time data transmission and data analysis, discriminant, and storage; data layer is mainly responsible for the management and storage of the drainage network in the spatial data in the system, real-time monitoring data and other types of data. Service support layer through the data engine, GIS engine, service components support module as a bridge and link between the applications and the data layer. Project construction process, construction principles, advanced, practical, reliability, security and scalability for geographic information standards, computer hardware and software standards, digital Jinan Municipal standard national, industry and local standards and norms to followconstruction standards. Project in Jinan drainage management service center line, the drain line monitoring of Jinan city unified, centralized management, in actual operation, from the social, economic and management effectiveness to meet the needs of the urban drainage facilities management work of improve the Jinan urban drainage facilities run operations management and planning decision-making level.
