With the rise of the wisdom urban construction,the management of the city pipe network is changing from informatization to wisdom.The wisdom requires its own have automatic identification and control ability,such as the pipe network monitoring system is a typical representative.IOT is one of the core technology of it,through a comprehensive perception,extensive connectivity,so as to realize intelligent control,intelligent applications.data of the IOT is the basis of wisdom.according to the characteristics of them,the data fusion processing of efficient become the basic research work of the construction of the pipe network monitoring system.Therefore,this article made the following research work:This paper introduces the basic theory of IOT,data fusion,neural network,and applies integration of these three technologies to its monitoring system.First of all,according to the requirement of its construction,starting from the top design,put forward with the overall architecture with the data fusion of the IOT at the core,six layer logical architecture,the wireless sensor network model based on clustering hierarchy,integrated data services platform.Secondly,according to The characteristics of the Internet of things application system for intelligent pipe network,from the perspective of data fusion function model,the introduction of neural network,the real-time monitoring system of situation assessment model,the early warning and alarm system of threat assessment model,and the data fusion model of leakage diagnosis are designed.Afterward,on the basis of researching the principle,process,defects and analysis,and algorithm review of BP algorithm,proposing a new BP algorithm based on momentum and adaptive vector function,which contains the steepness factor and limit factor.And through the pipeline leakage diagnosis experiment for validation.Finally,use the above model and a new algorithm to designing and implementing its monitoring system.
