Nowadays, with the further enrichment of products and business in the communication enterprises, the problems in the following two aspects have become increasingly prominent. First, Service:Heavy workload and high pressure at the counters; low business processing efficiency due to the collaboration between different departments; numerous customer complaints and consultancy resulted from the disconnection with the marketing; low satisfaction of customers because of the inconsiderate service and non-uniform reply. Second, support:It spends a lot of time and energy on the Marketing data extraction and statistics, therefore, the assessment of the marketing effect lags behind."Marketing is the service; service is the marketing", both are interacted with each other, uniform thinking, cooperation and exploration are required. Thus, a management system for marketing and service is developed to realize the collaboration between the upper and lower level, foreground and background, interior and exterior, which can solve the current marketing service problems existing in the communication enterprises. This is where the significance of the project lies.This paper firstly analyzes the background of the development of the system, the current distribution mode and management of higher vocational colleges, an overview of the main problems of the system need to be addressed, the system introduces the main techniques and methods used. On the design of the system, we are strictly in accordance with the pattern of the Unified Modeling Language JAVA. On the aspect of system requirements analysis, case diagrams and activity diagrams are adopted to represent the main needs of the users of the system. For the architecture design section, the system sequence diagram and deployment diagram are used to represent the system architecture. The detailed design adopts the relationship class diagram to represent the static structure of the system, state diagram to represent the dynamic structure of the system. In the part of realization, the system uses J2EE technology and DB2database for the development. In the specific implementation process, through scientific, simple, friendly interface design, it allows users to quickly master the system’s operating procedures.
