In recent years, with the continuous deepening of media integration, broadcasting,as a traditional media,is also actively exploring and expanding new ideas of integration and development.Since various comprehensive businesses closely related to the production of radio programs(such as radio program scheduling, news manuscript examinationa and approval, advertising management,large-scale event declaration, etc.)are becoming more and more important,it is urgent to provide technical support from the information management platform that conforms to the characteristics of radio. In this paper, the collaborative management platform of broadcasting integrated services is taken as the research object.According to the tenet of "technology leading and innovation service" in the media industry, all kinds of broadcasting integrated services are deeply combed, and a unified broadcasting integrated service hub platform is designed and implemented. The original scattered small business systems are integrated to eliminate the information island taked shape by scattered systems and avoid the problem of repeated construction led by the functional interleaving,as a way to achieve the collaborative management of broadcasting integrated services. At the same time, with the popularity of mobile intelligent terminals,in order to meet the new requirements of building a three-dimensional communication pattern, this paper also studies the interactive expansion function of the platform, integrates the platform with Enterprise Wechat, and realizes the convenient, safe and efficient mobile collaborative management of broadcasting integrated services at a low cost.In this paper, the architecture of the integrated broadcasting service management platform is designed from three aspects: basic system framework, business application and interactive expansion. The broadcasting integrated service collaborative management platform adopts SOA Architecture(a Service-Oriented Architecture)with a system core based on.NET framework and equipped with portal management, workflow engine, data mining engine, form component model, logic rule engine, seal management engine, mobile paging engine and other basic functional modules, providing a unified service interface for business functional modules. The platform applies the collaborative technology to take charge of workflow management, establishes a business function module with conflict prevention mechanism, and realizes the collaborative management of broadcast integrated services. The platform interact with heterogeneous systems through extended interfaces, and provide a mobile solution integrating Wechat communication,SMS reminder and H5 review.Based on the provincial broadcasting, this paper designs and constructs a SOA-based collaborative management platform for integrated broadcasting services.Through the in-depth combing for more than 50 integrated broadcasting services, the optimization and improvement of the whole production link of broadcasting programs are realized. The platform has a good interactive expansion ability, and can quickly connect with cross-platform systems such as Enterprise Wechat, and realizes the three-dimensional collaborative management that is cross-system,cross-regional and cross-organization.The platform also realizes the intelligent management and control of broadcasting integrated services, which makes its business process more visible, standardized and intelligent. To sum up,the design and implementation of the platform not only provides a strong support for the development of various broadcasting undertakings, such as news propaganda, program production, advertising management, and media integration, but also promotes the adjustment and optimization of the broadcasting industrial structure, which has been recognized and used for reference by practioners in this industry and made outstanding contributions to the media industry.
