With the rapid development of digital technology and management informatization, and along with the rapid development of telecommunications, computer technology and network technology, the business management mode is constantly updating and changing. In our country, except a few medium-sized enterprises, most small enterprises still use traditional product marketing management mode. Record statistics and analysis of the product marketing data are only by hand, leading to low speed of data processing,more data processing errors. It is difficult to do statistics and analysis of paper stored data, the staff need to do record, statistics and calculation of the data paper by paper. Sales data is critical for businesses, without an accurate product marketing data as guarantee, the upper decision-makers will not be able to make the right decisions, seriously impeding the rapid development of enterprises. It is urgent to improve product marketing management mode and increase the overall competitiveness of enterprises.The product marketing management system uses B/S structure, the system development is based on J2EE platform and combines with Struts, Hibernet and Spring open-source framework, client-side uses the mainstream scripting framework, jQuery. System design uses UML. This paper firstly described the background and research actuality of the system development, then made detailed requirements elicitation and requirements analysis of product marketing management work, and completed system design, detailed design, database design and system implementation.The product marketing management system can do four businesses:the potential customer management, customer management, scheduling management and user management and set different operations for each business. The specific operations include editing the potential customer information, copying potential customer information, sending e-mail, adding works, exchanging potential customers to customers, adding note information, adding work schedule, checking work schedule, deriving work schedule data, role settings, configuration settings, user group management, sharing access, field access and so on.The construction of the product marketing management system can optimize management mode of potential customers and customers, facilitate managers to communicate with customers and potential customers, provide better service, increase customer satisfaction, maintain customer loyalty and dig out more potential consumers. System uses three models, role, configuration files and user group, formulate permission rules, strictly limits the system user privileges, greatly improving the security of the system. System functions that can be specified can implement functional layout customization, display fields customization, improving interactivity of the system.
