With the important application of corona treatment technology in printing,electroplating, physical vapor deposition and so on, the market requirement of coronaprocessor is also growing, at the same time, the demanding for power supply andautomatic control system is becoming more and more highly. In the current of coronaprocessor market, due to the limitation of power supply and its control technology,corona processor power control supply system is still relatively low. Aimed at coronaprocessor power supply, this paper research and design a fuzzy adaptive PID controlsystem based on PLC.The research and design of this control system consists of three aspects ofcontent: the design of hardware control system, the design of configurationmonitoring system, and the research and design of control algorithm. Hardwarecontrol system adopt PLC as the main control device of the system with his stronganti-interference ability, good expansibility and easy maintenance and easy tomaintain and upgrade characteristics. Configuration monitoring system includes theon-site monitoring and remote monitoring; this scheme not only improves theworking efficiency, and ensures the security of the system. The whole control systemuses fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm, and combines MATLAB calculationsoftware and the actual control. That establishes the foundation for later complexsystem intelligent control research based on the PLC. The final test shown that thiscontrol system have some advantages, such as fast response, high control accuracy,good stability, easy maintenance and upgrade and so on, and has a high marketapplication value.
