Renesas electronics in the world’s leading "green MCU" and the extension function is of important value and significance.The paper based on renesas78kOr series78kor/KG3μPD78fl166/A pin (100) model of chip microcontroller, using temperature sensors for real-time temperature acquisition, LCD screen to display the date, time and temperature, testing temperature and alarm, LED KEY keyboard setting various parameters, designed A temperature warning system, block and will adopt high reliable performance data from EEPROM to save. The system for energy-saving of renesas MCU as the core, special on the renesas integrated development environment under the CubeSuite programming using C language design.Author according to the system implementation process, gives the system architecture, function module partition and design, and the main technology used in each module, module: focus on contains red SaWei controller module structure, KEY keyboard input module, warning module of LED display, LCD screen display time and warning module, win min temperature sensor block and A/D conversion module, the EEPROM content such as early warning and data storage module design and implementation of the method are described in detail.In view of the design in the process of implementation of special CubeSuite Japanese version of the software environment has carried on the detailed introduction, and analyzes its practical function, and the environment using C language programming to achieve the whole process. Also introduced the debugging tools MINICUBE2main functions and using method, emphasize the debugging tools indispensable roles in this design programming. Based on the designed function interface display, fully shows the author’s research results.This design is energy efficient and environmentally friendly renesas MCU chip as the core, implements the temperature of the LED and LCD intuitive display warning system, its humanized design and superior cost-effective products put into use in the market, will be China’s smart active contributions to the construction of low-carbon society.
