The research and application of RFID technology in recent years has become a hot spot, RFID middleware can receive and manage data, it can also filter, aggregate and gr-oup complex event processing work. Other identifiable devices or upper can use the unified interface for interaction that the RFID middleware application system provided.Current mainstream RFID middleware mainly exists in large applications on the PC or server. To address this situation, RFID middleware technology combined with embedded software teclinology plays a very realistic and significance role in small and medium-sized equipment. Linux supports TCP/IP, HTTP and other protocols, eliminat-es the complex work agreement transplantation, also, it can supports a variety of devices after Kernel cutting transplantation. RFID middleware can be deployed on the embe-dded Linux system, and by doing this, it will reduce the difficulty of develop RFID mid-dleware and shorten the time it needs. For its small volume, portable, low cost features, embedded RFID middleware technology takes more and more important role for enterp-rises and research institutions.This thesis is mainly designed and implemented the RFID middleware based on embedded Linux system. This middleware uses OSGi framework for design and devel-opment, by doing this, it makes middleware function modules can be dynamically loa-ded,installed and uninstalled by plug-in application form, witch will improve the fl-exibility and stability of the use of the RFID middleware. In the complex event process-sing, the paper introduced Esper engine to promoted the ability to filter, analyze, aggre-gate and some other complex event processing to dulling with the tagged data. This pap-er realized the main function module design by strictly compliance with the ALE prot-ocol witch is made by the EPC Global Organization. The RFID middleware in this arti-cle establish the interactive interface with the external application by the way of the JM-S messaging. And this middleware is designed and developed with the application back-ground of warehouse’s outbound information. This middleware application can be depl-oyed on the embedded Linux system, and it has obtained the expected effect and functi-on after the test of this middleware application.
