Recent years unconventional emergent events continue to happen frequently all over the world, and they brought great loss to the humans. The causes of and the process of unconventional emergent event are often very complex and accident scenarios are often highly non-deterministic. Therefore, how use modern information technology to achieve quick and real-time emergency management of unconventional emergencies has become a focus of current research. Domestic and foreign scholars launched an in-depth study around the emergency decision support. as the basis of the model library management-model representation have some deficiencies in the current study, for example, some model representations do not have a good combination with the emergency field, and there are some redundancies bad relevance among model and researchers do not do well in making full use of the natural connection among the business knowledge units to support the call of the models.Concerning the shortcomings in related studies, this paper raises a formal-entity model representation method based on knowledge units, which represent formal model from three levels, namely meta-data level, model knowledge unit level and knowledge unit relation level. It also uses a two-tuples to represent entity model and raises a method to construct entity models. On this basis we talk about the relevance among entity models and design a method to construct knowledge unit relevance map. At last we use the research result to solve the problems in the Sunjiawan mine gas explosion event.This paper raises a model represent method fit for emergency management. The method can achieve model uniform represent and lay a hard basement for model management. It can also make full use of the natural relationship among business knowledge units to promote the model revoking more objective and effective. So it can meet the requirements of model representation and management in emergency management decision support system platform.
