Currently, the drilling crew most of the electrical equipment used in the drilling crew, such as industrial pumps, drilling pump, electric drill and some transmission equipment even barracks are depend on power supply by diesel generators. So far, fuel non-normal use of the phenomenon increasingly seen, giving rise to a series of questions. Daqing Oilfield is located in the northeast, the environment is relatively poor. The wellsite is flammable and explosive dangerous places, The slightest mistake will result in an explosion. Drilling team has a not-fixed the property. Any each well team progress different, the amount of fuel is not the same, and difficult to manage the amount of fuel. In order to solve the above challenges, Therefore design a fuel monitoring system, and adapted to the drilling crew operating environment. The main contents are as follows:1. The development of wireless sensor network technology specific analysis of the current situation, Research ZigBee communication protocol IEEE802.15.4communication technology standards and norms, ZigBee’s self-understanding of networking, design techniques based on ZigBee wireless sensor network self-organization.2. Research of existing tree routing protocols and AODVjr routing protocol, the advantages and disadvantages of these two routes, the combination of these two routes as the routing protocol of the system, so that it can follow the parent-child relationship between both data transmission path, can also be found through the routing packet transmission.3. The energy efficiency of current major routing protocols, routing algorithm of the uneven distribution of energy and energy consumption of the network, hierarchical routing protocol based on energy-saving features, its corresponding improvement made Improved energy efficiency in routing algorithm, using control broadcast range, considering the node energy optimization algorithm, the entire network as much as possible to ensure a balanced and improve the ZigBee network performance and prolong survival time.4. The system selects the CC2430hardware circuit design, using ZigBee technology for the networking and software programming for the CC2430, complete data acquisition and wireless communication module hardware design.The data collected by the sensor terminal node via wireless multi-hop message sent to the coordinator node, and then by the coordinator through RS-232serial port connected to the GPRS network, each node will monitor the data transfer specified by the corresponding public IP port and then to command and control center of the PC interface, use the configuration software monitoring software designed for real-time display and storage, to achieve the effect of visual data, remote fuel monitoring purposes. Test results show that, ZigBee this emerging short-range, low-rate, low-cost wireless communication technology, real-time and reliable completion of well site site monitoring data in a wireless communication system, reaching the oil field automation, information technology and digitization needs,to improve the modernization level of the fuel monitoring of profound significance.
