Research The Design And Application Of Key Performance Indicators For Business Process Based System

At present, the most of enterprises used key performance indicator (KPI) evaluationsystem which not combined with business process management, and management modewas still limited to manual management. According to the current informationpopularization rate, the manual calculation and management mode is unable to deal withthe large amount of statistics data and the rapidly changing of the market. Combined withthe business process management and key performance indicator evaluation systems,compared with the traditional focus on key performance indicator system, it is not onlysaving time, the more important is take "flow" as the main support, formed a set of closedloop management system, it has important research and application value.Based on business process of the key performance indicator evaluation system isaccording to the actual needs of the modern enterprise management. Throughresearching the existing key performance indicator evaluation system and processmanagement system, this paper designed a set of key performance indicator evaluationsystem which takes “flow” as the leading.Firstly, this paper introduces the business process technology and the presentsituation and theoretical basis of key performance indicator assessment management.Focus on established the KPI system, through compare and analysis the existing"fishbone diagram","JiuGong map" and "brain storm", use the "fishbone diagram" to setKPI system. At the same time, based on business process of KPI appraisal system, areconsisted of three modules, respectively are checking calculation module, KPIperformance management and appraisal module and report view and export module.Finally, based on business process of key performance indicators evaluation systemapplied to the printing business process. The application results show that this system canimprove the efficiency of printing enterprises, and improve the functions of managementsystem.
