| Since the beginning of2010, the central government has decided to have strategic emerging industry as an important part of China’s "Twelfth Five-Year Plan". The same policy is also true for local governments, who will also develop strategic emerging industries as a key work in the future. In the development of strategic emerging industries, there are many important problems, such as strategic planning, policy guidance, industrial layout, industrial restructuring, industrial technology, and so on. The solution of those problems needs a lot of competitive intelligence to support decision making. However, the research on competitive intelligence service system in the development of strategic emerging industries is very rare so far. Therefore, it is an urgent need for us to research the system of competitive intelligence service to support the development of emerging strategic industries.With the increasingly fierce international competition, competitive intelligence to gain competitive advantage has become the core of enterprise development means. The current competitive intelligence services industry growing prosperity and competitive intelligence service system has caused more and more attention. Previously, the application of competitive intelligence service is more than reflected at the enterprise level, the use of competitive intelligence service system to meet the emerging industries of strategic competitive intelligence, not just for the enterprises of strategic emerging industries, more importantly, is provided for all levels of government and related industries competitive intelligence support.This thesis focuses on the competitive intelligence service system for strategic emerging industries to carry out a series of studies. Firstly, the status of China-strategic emerging industries was investigated and the analyzed it by SWOT. Propose the competitive intelligence demands of strategic emerging industries in China and defined the demands from the government, industry and enterprise levels. Then, the paper propose a competitive intelligence service system which support the development of strategic emerging industries and discuss its meaning and principles, structure, work processes, products form. The Strategic Emerging Industry Competitive Intelligence Service System presented includes a collaborative network platform, three levels of organization, as well as three systems. It combines organization, human and information, information network and service platform together, provide differentiated products for customer. Finally, the paper discusses the usefulness of Strategic Emerging Industry Competitive Intelligence Service System and gives an example analysis.Based on the competitive intelligence demands of government, industries and enterprises, this thesis puts forward a new idea of constructing Strategic Emerging Industry Competitive Intelligence Service System and carries out the design and verification. The results in this research have obvious significance for the promotion of a combination of competitive intelligence and strategic emerging industries. |
