| Technological innovation brings about huge social changes as well as huge economic benefits. However, with the accelerating process of globalization, technological innovation has become more rapidly, so that it has been increasingly difficult to predict the direction of technology development. The open markets have produced more and more class-technology products and the competition has become more and more fierce, which makes the demand for Intelligence service urgent.Based on the comparative analysis of the technological innovation from different angles-the main demands, requirements phases, major contents point and the nature of demands-through the combination of information needs and the current status of technological innovation and competitive intelligence services, this paper has built a business-oriented establishment of the technology innovation of competitive Intelligence service. The non-interview survey method enables more targeted intelligence investigations, simplifies the process of competitive intelligence service on the basis of resolving previous information and intelligence-officer-users' communication barriers, and improves the efficiency and the quality of competitive intelligence services. Moreover, in the last chapter, the paper referred to the technical innovation for enterprise competitive intelligence service implementations from the macro, meso and micro levels of competitive intelligence service activities, recommendations and measures to the maximum extent for the enterprise technology innovation to provide a better environment for innovation and intelligence support, providing accurate and timely warning of crises and strategic decision support. Problems are identified in this study to understand the theory and practice of Competitive Intelligence Service regrading to technological innovation, providing a comprehensive analysis of the current situation and a theoretical basis of enterprise technology innovation in the future. |
