ZigBee technology is a two-way wireless communication technology, which is characterized is the short distance, low power consumption, low complexity, low rate, low cost. Although Zigbee network can use multi-hop manner to achieve long-distance communication. But the range of10-75m in between point-to-point communication. Coupled with the impact of hardware design and many other factors, such as:schematic design, the layout of the hardware components, the plate material, plate-making process, etc.. Further shorten the the ZigBee communication distance. Thus limiting the development of ZigBee technology.This paper mainly discusses the realization of the ZigBee Telematics. Mainly through the way to increase the transmission power of the signal of the RF module, and improve the signal receiving sensitivity distance communication. Optimize the RF side of the impedance matching to reduce the intersymbol interference of the signal to reduce the delay of the signal. Comprehensive discussion on the RF module to further improve the ZigBee communication distance. This article provided by TI CC2530main chip and CC2591RF front-end chip design.The use of the ADS software on the power amplifying circuit and the low noise amplifier circuit simulation to optimize the design of the structure. Use Cadence the Allegro software for the design of the hardware circuit board. Optimal impedance matching to overcome signal interference, reduce signal delay to achieve the optimal design of the hardware. Final hardware circuit and software program combined with each other to achieve the long-distance communications design module.
