Greenhouse environment measurement and control system achieves the intelligentcontrol of greenhouse environment, and it provides the best growth environment forgreenhouse crops, and hence achieves the goals of increasing the yield of greenhouse crops,improving quality, adjusting the growth cycles, and improving the economic benefit. However,there still exist some universal problems in the greenhouse environment control system, suchas the single environment parameter acquisition, single control of equipment, complex wiringor cable wiring. Based on the wireless communication technology, sensor technology andcomputer control technology, this paper analyzes and studies the multi-channel acquisition ofgreenhouse environment parameter and multiplex control of greenhouse equipment, designsmulti-channel measurement and control system of greenhouse environment parameters basedon ZigBee, and realizes the function of automatic collection of greenhouse multipathenvironment parameters and the intelligent control of greenhouse multiplex equipment, whichmeets the demand of scientific management of our country’s modern greenhouse agriculture.The main research contentsand conclusions are as follows:(1) Design a kind of cluster tree type of wireless sensor network based on ZigBee, whichis mainly composed of cluster node, routing node, multi-channel environment parametersacquisition and equipment control node. Wireless transmission mode is applied betweennodes, which realizes the sending and receiving, processing, and storage of greenhouseenvironment multipath parameters information, as well as the control of greenhouseequipment, and better solve a series of problems such as the high cost of artificial wiring,difficult maintenance, and poor scalability of greenhouse environment measurement andcontrol system.(2) Develop a device for multi-channel measurement and control of greenhouseenvironment parameter. The device selects the CC2591chip, multi-channel environmentparameter acquisition device and control equipment as the main module, and designs relatedperipheral interface circuit CC2530chips, which better completes the development of all kinds of network node hardware in multi-channel measurement and control system, reducesthe production cost, shortens the development cycle, and realizes the multipath acquisition ofgreenhouse environment parameters and multiplex control of greenhouse equipment.(3) Design the application software of all kinds of network nodes in multi-channelmeasurement and control system. On the basis of analysis and research of Z-Stack protocolStack, it combines the system requirements and hardware design, establishes system networkcommunication protocol, develops the relevant application program of all kinds of nodes,greenhouse control center and PC software by using the low-power dormancy mechanism ofcore chip CC2530and finite state machine flow control model, and thus ensures the stabilityand reliability of data transmission.The results through the system test show that has the function of automatic networking,data sending and receiving, storage and management, multi-channel environment parameteracquisition and multiplex equipment control. At the same time, the network data transmissionsystem is more reliable, which meets the demand of wireless and intelligent management tothe present environmental parameters in the process of agricultural production, and it hasimportant practical significance in improving the agriculture greenhouse management level.
