District heating in winter, through remote acquisition of each household indoor temperature to detect heating quality, for the entire network scheduling provide accurate basis, to a large extent reduce the indoor temperature is too high and the energy waste caused by heating, and the problem of uneven.Temperature data acquisition has been widely used in various fields, based on lots of domestic and foreign data, completed the district based on the ZigBee distributed temperature monitoring device design. This paper uses ZigBee technology and measurement technology combined, for the district residents indoor temperature for remote monitoring, the device has the Internet interface, touch screen and SD card local storage function. This article first elaborated the background and significance of the research topic, and the temperature monitoring device for analysis and research, summed up the development trend. The system design of the device, and then the hardware and software is designed, finally the experiment device for the debugging, the obtained experimental results. In hardware design, uses the American TI company CortexTM-M3core ARM processor LM3S9B96as the system Single chip microcomputer, its unique instruction system, powerful data processing capabilities, rich on-chip temperature data acquisition interface resources to meet the functional and performance requirements. At the same time, also used the company’s SOC chip CC2530, the RF front-end chip CC2591(wireless amplifier), and use the DS18B20temperature sensor for temperature acquisition, its aim is to collaborate to perception and acquisition area temperature information is transmitted to the temperature collection PC, realizes the temperature remote monitoring and acquisition. Using CC2591chip can make the transmission distance of1000meters of above, can guarantee the maximum transmission power transmission line. The part of the hardware circuit design, described in detail the function, gives the chip selection and circuit design basis.Software design, completed the design of the main program, given the main program and each task module flow chart, and the preparation of the source code. Implementation of TCP/IP protocol cutting transplant, the network communication in normal use, but also realize the SD card in SPI mode of communication. Through testing the device that the device receives a high sensitivity, low power consumption, long distance transmission, reliable communication. The use of the Internet interface can make the temperature data network share. Finally, the paper summarized and prospected, pointed out the system design deficiencies and improvement ideas.
