Meteorological information broadcast subtitles decoding system is a new publish system which is combined with mobile communication technology and embedded technology.The system not only overcomes the low efficiency that caused by media retransmission in traditional publish channels,and gives full play to show the features of economic, fast and convenient, wide coverage of the mobile communication network based on GPRS technology.Thus, Meteorological service is moving towards a new level of precision.This article first briefly describes the present situation of meteorological information publish system and communication technology, and the disadvantage appeared in the process of publish, then according to the actual application requirements that meteorological information publish system use mobile communication technology in data transmission, and finally puts forward a kind of meteorological information broadcast subtitles decoding system based on GPRS technology. The system integrates network communication technology, computer technology and mobile communication technology as a whole, and is mainly composed of three parts that include meteorological information publish center, communication network and meteorological data receiving terminal. Singlechip CS8967is the core controller of receiving terminal which controls the connection and communication between GPRS communication module and data publish center.It finishes software and hardware design combined with TW8835decoding module and some basic electrical path module of terminal.As a result, the whole system can receive meteorological information timely and efficiently.Through the rational design in the software of data center, network communication architecture and repeatedly testing and debugging of the hardware circuit and software program, the system finally runs normally and response rapidly.
