The main task is to design a set of oil data receiving system based on GPRS. The data receiving system can be combined with the oil data receiving system, which can be constituted a complete system of data transmission system which is efficient and stable. The key technologies and the feasibility of the system is analyzed and validated. The feature of data transporting and demodulation, and the technologies of GPRS data receiving, MFSK demodulation and SCI is discussed. The system is designed and the function is emulated. Development and research works in the paper based on requirements of projects are taken as follows:1. The design of scheme. According to the technology requirements of system, several important parts of the system, such as data processing means, the structure of the hardware platform, operating system type, wireless transmission form and system circuit on duty were discussed, and then the scheme of the universal wireless sensing system were finished finally.2. The design of hardware. In this paper two primary parts on hardware were designed, which included data processing platform on TMS320F2812, data receiving platform on GPRS, external interface circuit.3. The design of software. Firstly, the program of data wireless transmission on GPRS was designed;the demodulation of received data is dealt by MFSK demodulation. The SCI interface program between DSP and GPRS was done. The SCI interface program between DSP and GPRS were designed.In order to test the actual performance of the system, some necessary experiments were done, and results were summarized.
