Design And Application Of Interactive Magazine On Windows Phone7

Along with the rapid development of the mobile Internet and the popularity of intelligent mobile phone, digital media services become the future of publishing industry. Users urgently need more convenient and more personalized reading experience, and mobile phone as the important way of electronic reading has great potential on developing such applications, especially on the Windows Phone System which Microsoft introduces. And the paper, based on the Windows Phone7System, is aim at designing the reading application of mobile phone.The paper analyzes the basic requirements in users’ reading on mobile phones, and summarizes a series of gesture operations, then puts forward the architecture to solve the possible gesture conflicts. By using the Silverlight and WPF system, the paper designs the basic content presentation, and realizes a set of interactive effects including fade, flip, sliding and scaling, and so on.On the basis of the above work, the paper implements the reading application on Windows Phone7, and provides smooth browsing interface of articles, pictures and videos to users, with a variety of interactive effects. It can improve the users’ reading experience, and at the same time promote the development of reading application on mobile phones.
