With the constantly development of information technology, web-based instruction has become the development trend of modern education. New teaching ideas and new learning mode are forming, under this new teaching environment, network courseware plays an irreplaceable role.The design, production and application of network courseware, are on the basis of web-based instruction resources. Along with the research of web-based instruction, a dynamical-generated teaching model has become the focus of modern educational research. The dynamic teaching situation arising from the interactions of teacher-student and student-student as well as the continuous integration of the various uncertainties have become significant dynamic generation of teaching resources. How to capture, identify, determine and apply the available teaching resources are become the purpose and focus which we study the process of web-based courseware.This paper first analyzed the development status of web-based instruction in our country, then from the network teaching resources aspect, and studied dynamical-generated teaching resources. On the basis of these, the paper detailed and systematically analyzed the dynamical-generated teaching process and important modular design as well as achieved the detailed design of upload and download courseware of network resources and the management of test item bank as well as statements'self-test.
