The CEC network is one of the largest domestic network operators. Relying on its perfect service system, strong technical support, as well as a wealth of experience, information resources and the operation of the market strength of its commitment to provide efficient network services for the enterprise, allow enterprises to easily apply Internet media to publish and access to a variety of commercial information. In recent years, the importance of the customer has been gradually known by enterprises. Project implementation of customer management, to establish a continuous improvement mechanism to improve customer satisfaction, and to ensure that project objectives are satisfactorily achieved, and ultimately achieve a win-win project managers and customers, has become a new topic of current project management theory research. This paper discusses in detail the design ideas and requirements analysis of the CEC network project customer management system. Delphi and asp.net development tools, using sql2005database, to enable enterprises to CEC network as a platform to achieve the project customer management. The system is divided into four modules, including employee management subsystem, customer management subsystem, project management subsystem and contract management subsystem, customers, contracts, and other information in accordance with the dimensions of the project management, the establishment of the project customer management life cycle management throughout life cycle. The system design process to solve practical problems to ensure the accuracy of the information, and improve the efficiency of the system, and enterprise system applications can be more efficient and more accurate. Complete and continuous lifecycle management companies well aware of the details of each project, in order to improve efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and ultimately enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.In needs analysis, we have to fully understand customer relations practice based on user needs and business processes, improved personnel, products, processes, schedule, cost, and quality control is driven by the customer. It to participate fully in the implementation of other management methods and influence in a wide range, making them under conditions consistent with their respective specifications, take full account of the customer impact, the result in line with the project objectives, and customer satisfaction needs. Summed up by analyzing the rational design and development of ideas.In design, we have to consider the network architecture and operational characteristics, So that choose a the powerful SQL SERVER2005database and programming tools ASP to joint development. In the system, System to satisfies the maintainability, flexibility and scalability, that achieve integrated management information.In realization, we have to accomplish the choice of analysis technique and the building of prediction model on the basis of the realization of the design mentioned above. Project customer management system uses B/S structure characteristics,Achieve to Online customer information management and inquiry while it can serve as the complement of other systems, It will contribute to enterprise development.The development and design of the system, the main window and the main interface is mainly responsible for system, employee management system, the transfer of work modules and database analysis and design. Second, is also responsible for the total system flow planning and code testing.
