Research On Quality Management Of Customer Perception System Based On MC Signaling Engineering Project

This paper comprehensively introduces the basic situation of customer perception system based on Mc signaling construction planning project. From the Angle of the theory and implementation of specific projects, this paper build a customer perception system based on Mc signaling project quality management research framework. The content of this paper mainly includes: customer perception system, project planning and project organization system based on Mc signaling project of basic situation; The project quality planning process, including: making sure project planning, quality management, organization and responsibility of personnel shall, the content of the quality planning, process management, etc.; The determination of connotation of the project quality assurance, analysis of the whole process of quality assurance and the concrete implementation of the project’s quality assurance process; Besides, there are the implementation of the project quality control process, including specific contents as follows: explicitly formulated to quality control principle and process of the project, and the implementation of the specific behavioral measures.Finally this paper put forward we need to strengthen two aspects, the resources guarantee and team building, to improve and guarantee the quality of the project and similar projects management level,This paper points out a management guiding ideology which uses "prevention" and "matter controls" instead of "afterwards control" and put forward a complete set of solutions to solve the problem of project quality management whose effect is remarkable in in the system of project practice, providing a high reference value for similar projects.
