The Design And Implementation Of The Laboratory Management System Of Changle Jidi Middle School

The traditional management for experiments in middle school in our country is mainly carried out by manual mode that causes a heavy work, inconvenient in inquiry, investigation and statistics. This artificial management usually spends a lot of manpower, material resources, but cannot reach the satisfactory effect. Moreover, the laboratory management often only focused on equipment management in most middle schools of our country, but the dynamic centralized management for each laboratory experiment teaching, experiment, experiment process is a blank. This paper is based on analysis of laboratory management issues in middle school; put the WEB technique to apply in the laboratory management of middle school, to make the laboratory management of school more scientific and modernization.This paper describes the development process of laboratory management system of ChangLe JiDi middle school. A detailed analyze for development background and research situation of laboratory management system of ChangLe JiDi middle school is first needed, then to have the overall business requirements of the system. After the analysis of the development of JAVA technology, WEB technology and Strutsl Hibernate Spring technology architecture at the same time, the effective solutions in design and implementation is proposed to laboratory management system of ChangLe JiDi middle school.After a detailed requirement analysis for laboratory management system of ChangLe JiDi middle school, the main function of the system is divided into five parts, respectively:announcement management, equipment management, the function of experimental teaching and file print. The system user is divided into two categories: foreground and background user of teach, each category of users with different permissions. Teachers can apply for a student experiment, demonstration experiment, and Custom experiment, fill out the experimental plan and view the school notice. The administrator can add and manage operation on foreground and background user of teacher. Administrators can also have notice management, such as add, modify and delete notice. For equipment management, such as the initial accounts set up, view the general ledger, view branch ledger, Inventory account set up and so on; Experimental teaching management, such as experimental application approval, experiment application removal, Review the experimental log file; Document printing, such as general ledger print, branch ledger print, experimental notification and log print. The laboratory management system’s proposed and completed can organic combine the experiment application of teachers, experimental application approval of administrator with laboratory daily management. Thus the students’ learning initiative enhanced, stimulate students’ interest in study, and standardize the routine management of laboratory, To reduce administrator’s the labor intensity and improve their work efficiency, to promote laboratory communication and information sharing, to make the laboratory can better meet the needs of quality education, lay a good foundation on comprehensive apply the laboratory management system under the new concept in the further.
