The traditional mode of laboratory management in our country is mainly follow the old mode of laboratory,without a new management mode,combined with the operation mechanism is not perfect,it is difficult to meet the needs of information management of laboratory.Without a good supervision mechanism at the same time,there is a big in the process of using laboratory material waste,to spend a lot of money,laboratory instrument equipment not upgrade,lab operation is not standard,etc.Also is a big drawback of traditional laboratory management.In order to solve the problems of the old lab management,decided to develop an information management system,the research and development laboratory integrated management system,realize to the laboratory for electronic efficient management.The design and implementation of the integrated management system for research and development LABS mainly adopts Java object-oriented high-level language,using the B/S architecture and SSH(Spring + Struts + Hibernate)architecture,and the Tomcat application server.In the SSH framework,the SpingMVC mode in Struts is mainly divided into the model view and the controller,which is easy to receive the request of the front-end user,and accurately locate the request to the corresponding page;Spring is in the management state,Hibernate is used to connect to the database,it provides object-relational mapping framework and object of JDBC encapsulation,greatly facilitate the programmers to add or delete the database to check operations.Background data is stored in a SQL Server2014 relational database,the realization of lab manager and laboratory experiment to the system records,material information,apparatus,subject information management and access.The system consists of six basic modules:experimental recording,material management,instrument management,procurement management project management and experimental method library.Among them,the experiment record is the electronic management of the laboratory record for better recording,modification and inspection.Material management is mainly aimed at the unified classification and management of laboratory materials,strict implementation of the approval system,and close contact with the experimental records to eliminate waste.Instrument management is the classification of instruments and equipment to ensure that laboratory personnel can be more standardized in the use of experimental instruments,which can facilitate maintenance and maintenance of hardware facilities.Subject management is to classify and manage project projects,allocate funds reasonably,and accurately grasp the progress of project projects.Procurement management is the process of the procurement process,which is easy to purchase and timely update the warehousing.The experimental method library is a summary of the experimental method,which facilitates the sharing of experimental methods among laboratory personnel and improves experimental efficiency.R&d class lab,the design and implementation of integrated management system can largely improve the current situation of laboratory informatization level is not high,is conducive to more scientific and effective management of laboratory,guarantee the accuracy of the laboratory experiment links,the experimental equipment of efficient utilization,and research subjects and published finally.
