In today’s society, report plays an immeasurable role in the fight against illegal and criminal. Especially in recent years, our country did a lot of anti-corruption work, paid special attentions to resolutely and firmness of staff of the government departments and their honesty to serve the people. With the strong work of the CPC Central Committee, the enthusiasm of the people’s exercise of the rights of sue and report is a comprehensive mobilized up, and the number of case of sue and report the Procuratorate accept is increasing, therefore the traditional hand-accepting way can no longer meet increasing workload. So it is imminent to informationize and electronize the sue and report management.Firstly, this paper detailed analyses development background and research status quo of the sue and report management system of the Weifang Procuratorate, put forward the overall business needs that the system needs; simultaneously through the research and analysis of the technical infrastructure of JAVA and Struts1Hibernate Spring, put forward effective solutions needed in the design and implementation of the sue and report management system. We then analyse the business requirement of the system, and divide the entire process work into subject to12parts:case management, trial management, transfer management, preliminary investigations management, reply management, the first run accountability management, monitoring management, paper constructing management, archival materials, graphics statistics, filing report and filing and inspection. And do detailed needs analysis and detailed explanation with UML diagram for each part, and realize the function requirement design of the system. It shows the technical framework of the system and the overall function of the system architecture in the systems technology, do detailed design of the main functions with the flowchart and timing diagramin the function design. Finally, use screenshots for each part to describe the implementation of the sue and report management system of the Weifang Procuratorate, and partly show the implementation code of system. The sue and report management system of the Weifang Procuratorate realize all the relevant information management of the sue and report case and realize the full range of informatization and electronization of the case handling processes. First to do cases accepting management to enter the relevant information of the case and then successively do trial, transfer, first consultation, reply, monitoring and closure of the case. The query aims to all treatment cases, and the detailed information of the treatment case in anytime can be quickly queried.The system not only focus on functional implementation of the sue and report management system but also put a lot of energy into the interactivity of the system design, the design style of the system web and on interactive system design, system web design style, the relevant operation performance of the system. We believe that the implementation of the system plays underestimated the role in the day-to-day operation of the Procuratorate have.
