The Design And Implementation Of The Administrative Institutions Of State-owned Assets Disposal Management System For Weifang

State-owned assets of administrative institutions is a general term of administrative institutions possess, use, legally recognized as a state, can be measured with the current,it is an important material foundation for administrative institutions performing their duties and providing public services.The total amount of state-owned assets of Weifang administrative institutions has been expanding as well as continued rising in the proportion of the total amount of state-owned assets.Weifang,as the representative city of the forefront of information technology,has been tried in the management of disposal of State-owned assets,but there is still lagging behind the present requirement.It cannot reach the requirements of the development and reform as well as adapt to standardization normalization and institutionalization of fixed asset management if there is no perfect management mechanism and strict management system facing the large amount of money.Thus,it is badly needed to build a more advanced operating disposal management system of state-owned assets to meet the needs of Weifang Development.The development of this project uses Java language based on the J2EE platform. It builds a multi-layer technology architecture completing object-oriented technology through the construction of the system.Using of the SH framework integrated technology and a combination of C/S and B/S development model to achieve a more secure and reliable access connection to the business layer and data layer. The overall building of the system, the rational allocation of functional modules and detailed analysis modules use-cases are showed in the paper.Describing the function of modules and flow of activities with UML model diagram,designing some parts of the database table,it shows the main function of the system interface base on the ideas above.Weifang administrative institutions operating disposal of state-owned asset,ts management system is consists of four major functions:Asset management, disposal of assets, return on assets and report management.For asset management,the system offers administrative institutions asset evaluation, declaration and approval of asset’s rental and lending, rental management, lending management, asset-backed declaration and approval, asset-backed and mental recovery.For idle state-owned assets,asset transfers, asset sale, free asset transfer and asset exchanges are realized.For abandoned assets, it is able to retire assets. Registration and turning over of incomes are needed in the process of assets operation disposal. In the meanwhile,fixed assets ledger, subsidiary ledgers and assets ledger analysis table produced by the process can be queried, printed, and exported by Excel.Weifang administrative institutions of state-owned assets operating disposal management system can adapt to the frequent changes in the business,which is equipped with flexibility, application, security, volatile, and ahead as well as advanced management techniques.There existed a complete security mechanism for the data and operation of the system which can effectively protect the security of information storage and software operation of Weifang administrative institutions of state-owned assets.
