Design And Implementation Of Local Tax Bureau Office System Based On SSH

In recent years, the concept of information technology has penetrated into all walks of life with the proliferation of using computers; the Local Tax Bureau is also in line. The primary responsibility of Local Tax Bureau is collecting local taxes and social insurance, supervising all enterprises to implement the tax law and regulations and researching local tax management practices and regulations. In this process, large amounts of information should be handled. Such information was recorded on paper documents before, conveying these files manually. This method leads a low work efficiency and inconvenient management, sometimes even errors. Therefore, building a powerful office automation system to process these data for Local Tax Bureau is necessary.In order to solve the problems that traditional working way faces, the office automation system of Local Tax Bureau was designed and implemented. By using the computer platform, the workflow becomes automatic. The system was developed with the help of software engineering, so that the informatization of Local Tax Bureau is promoted.Office automation system has following features:easy to use, rigorous, practicality and extendable. The purpose of building an office automation system is to make the work more relax and rapidly, so the system’s practicality should be ensured. The operational processes shouldn’t be more complex than before and the running result should be accuracy. The implementation of the system integrates the popular framework technology including struts, hibernate and spring with B/S model, layered architecture and MVC design pattern, and the relationship between modules is loose, which makes it easy to maintain and extend the system. This thesis discussed the designing and implementation process of Local Tax Bureau office automation system based on SSH which includes relevant technical presentations, design goals, business process analysis, corresponding modules analysis, designing and implementation, and system testing. The last part of the thesis made a conclusion, and made an outlook of the Local Tax Bureau office automation system.
