Since China’s accession to the WTO, the aquatic products processing industry became growing faster, especially on the exporting. According to customs data statistics, in the first quarter this year China’s total import and export of aquatic products1.9316million tons, the total import and export of us$6,606billion, a year-on-year growth of1.85%and1.85%respectively. Which exports901,500tons and4.598billion U.S. dollars, an increase of4.53%and12.68%. Relative to the booming aquaculture processing industry, the production management and information technology is quite backward, many large factories are still based in manual labor,which seriously hampered the development of aquatic products processing industry.The paper isbasing on the actual research about a fish processing enterprise.It has analyzed the characteristics of fish processing industry and the difficulties about management.And then,the paper build an suitable production management system about aquatic products processing enterprises. This system effectively enhanced the fish processing enterprise’s production management and quality control standards, and docontributed to the information technology about fish processing industry.The paper make the system requirements analysis done through three steps. First, summarized the characteristics of aquatic products processing enterprises,which point out that the enterprises is an flow type enterprise. Second, summarize the requirements of its business and realize the needs about the users.Third, write encoding rules that adapt to business needs.And then,the paper complete the schematic design by functional, data,and the interface three steps while according to the system requirements. About the functional aspect,it splits up the modules and definite functional, which led to a clear Task List. About the data, it consider if all function is supported by the data.And about the interface,it create some interface used to connect to other system,and let the system has a good degree of scalability and integration. After the schematic design,it has gone to the Application Development stage. Overcoming key technology and then build up the application.And finally, make a specific implementation plan.
