China is a big fishery’s country, the fishery communication plays an important role in promoting the fishery production safety.From the current development situation, the overall level of our marine communication technology is still relatively lagging behind generally, which can not meet the requirements of modern fishery production, management and emergency response.While some progress has been made in fishery communication digitization,there is still a great deal of technology having to be further perfect and improved.HMI(Human Machine Interface) technology also has a wedge compared with abroad. This essay HMI technology of digital fishery radio was studied, a new type of HMI system is designed base on the latest embedded linux GUI (Graphical User Interface) technology QT4, which has nice, easy to use ineterface and fits digtal fishery radio.The corresponding theory of embedded system and GUI are studied at first, and the key technology and design principle of Qt/GUI are deeply discussed.With respect to the fishery radio, some technical requirements are proposed, such as HMI should be opetated in a rich graphics and intuitive expression way, operation should be simple and human nature in order to reduce user’s cognition burden.Through a study of Linux OS and graphical interfaces, detailed introduces how to creat a linux development environment on the virtual machine,and proposed use compatible PC platform and embedded platform to desigh this application. Compile two platform QT4library, and transplant embedded QT4to ARM.According to the whole system, under the premise of meeting function of fishery radio, the paper make a overall plan to the software architecture based on GUI of fishery radio,design a tree tructure chart of radio, and based on it from top layer to achieve the graphical interface desigh,and finally realize the function of each level module respectively. The system test indicates the Chinese display, fonts and images are handled well in the GUI system, and can provide nice and easy to use HMI for users.
