Multi-Interface Heading Axial-Angle Simulator is an embedded design that makeuse of digital selsyn, it’s a part of the ship steering simulation system on land. In theship control system servo part receives the synchro signal, however control commandissued in micro controller is a digital signal, in order to link up the controller and thecontrol mechanism, we need to convert the signals from digital form to synchro form,in steering simulation system of this function is composed of Multi-Interface HeadingAxial-Angle Simulator to realize.Multi-Interface Heading Axial-Angle Simulator can send out three-line formsynchro analogue signals and the corresponding excitation signal in both automatical,electric conditions according to the user set; the property of multi-interface can befound in the joint debugging condition, it can receive the serial digital, Ethernet, CANbus network and other interfaces form angle input command signal. Signals thatreceived would be handled through interpolation, coding and latch and then sent to theDSC(Digital signal to Synchro signal Converter) to complete the final synchro signaltransformation and output operation.Firstly this paper introduces the application of the digital selsyn on the embeddedsystem and development status, make the functional requirement analysis ofMulti-Interface Heading Axial-Angle Simulator according to the project requirements,and then approximately finish the logic design of the whole system based on the thefunctional requirement analysis.Hardware design includes power and heat dissipation module, STM32F103minimum system circuit and PC104bus structure, the keyboard and LCD interfacecircuit, the input conversion circuit and the DSC signal conversion circuit. This designchoose STM32F103as the main controller, not only because it possesses rich I/O ports,but also support a variety of communication interfaces. Thus detailed design work iscarried out as the center of mirco-controller.Software design includes the design of real-time embedded operating systemμC/OS-Ⅱ transplant, system tasks allocation, human-computer interaction interface GUI design and drive realization of interface circuit. After the step of success ofporting μC/OS-Ⅱ to STM32F103, according to the functional requirement analysis ofthe Multi-Interface Heading Axial-Angle Simulator,8user task of different priorityare set by use of time rotation method. Through the adjunction of μC/GUI, μIPsoftware package to the project, the GUI interface design and communication interfacedata processing programming work are completed.Finally, functional testing is made with the help of graphical programming toolsLabVIEW and SDC(Synchro signal to Digital signal Converter). The results show that,this design can successfully receive digital signals of variety forms and conversionfunction from digital signal to synchro signal according to intended purpose, theparameters meet the project requirement, the final product can be used in the steeringsimulation experiment system.
