The float component in the liquid float gyroscope,causes the center of gravity and the center of buoyancy of the float to deviate from the rotation axis,which affects the accuracy of navigation,due to the uniformity of the manufacturing material and the manufacturing process.The current static balance detection of buoy-type floats is mainly realized by manual detection.The detection process determines the size of the added counterweight based on the experience of the inspection workers,which affects the detection accuracy and efficiency of the static balance.For the buoy-type float,a method of the static balance detection is proposed in this paper.The main process is as follows:According to the unbalanced state of the float,a mathematical model of the unbalance of the float is established,and the force analysis is carried out on the unbalanced model of the float,and the relationship between the deflection angle and the added weight in the ideal state is obtained,and the position of the added weight is given.Float axial deflection angle and radial rotation angle detection are measured by machine vision.The axial deflection angle measurement is determined by the inclination angle of the smallest circumscribed rectangle in the axial direction of the float.By optimizing the detection algorithm of the smallest circumscribed rectangle,the detection time is reduced.The radial rotation angle is determined according to the change of the center coordinate of the radial characteristic circle.Performing pixel edge detection on the radial feature circle area to obtain the edge pixels of the feature circle,optimize the random circle detection,random selecting pixels that meet the same circle equation,determining the radius of the circle through the standard equation of the circle,and selecting the pixel points randomly.The intersection of the mid-perpendicular line of the line determines the circle center coordinate,which improves the accuracy and detection efficiency of radial circle fitting.The center coordinate of the characteristic circle is detected,and the rotation angle is determined according to the change of the center coordinate before and after the rotation.According to the detection method,the static balance of the float is tested,and the experimental data is recorded.The regression equation is obtained by the least square fitting of the data,and the equation is verified and the parameters are adjusted.Predict the mass of the weight to be added for static balance through the equation,and improve the detection accuracy and efficiency.Through the accuracy detection of the static balance of the float,the final result is that the float axial deflection angle detection accuracy is less than 0.5°,the radial rotation angle detection accuracy is less than 0.1°,and the static balance detection efficiency is increased by 50%.
