Along with the development of science and technology,as well as the improvement of our country's economy,military and civilian equipment such like satellite navigator,ship artillery,robot,and precise machine developed rapidly,in which gyroscope and selsyn play a significant role.Due to the accuracy of gyroscope and selsyn devices,shifting and striping is generally forbidden,thus it's difficult to adjust and detect.Taking the MPU6050 MEMS gyroscope and double channel selsyn goniometer system as research objects,taking full advantage of self-defining and arbitrary configuration of the LabVIEW virtual develop platform,this dissertation has developed a rapid signal detect system of MEMS gyroscope and double channel selsyn based on LabVIEW.With the LabVIEW as the integrated control and computing platform,together with other techniques like VISA Bus interface,chip-microcomputer controlling,and coarse & fine error correction,a kind of graphic recognition analytical algorithm,as well as an optimized coarse and fine error correction algorithm,is designed in the detect system to implement alphabetic string transforming,character partition,character reforming,frame data extracting,data packet extracting,and numerical resolving,and realize the detection of signals of MEMS gyroscope and double channel selsyn goniometer devices.The developed system runs fast with measuring data accurate.By combining Freescale embedded chip-microcomputer controlling module with LabVIEW virtual environment in design,function of signal detection becomes modularization and extended,which is superior to other common detect systems.
