Synchro motors have been widely applied in numerical control machines, robots and navigation fields. In order to meet the demand of the numerical control machines' increasing digital trend, the paper researched methods of axis-angle data detecting, and designed the board of axis-angle Detecting by using Digital Signal Processor TMS320LF2407A. The main works are as follows:1. The means of GRAY-code and special module, which are regularly used are presented in detail. Then, the paper points out that the accuracy of the former is poor while the latter costs too much.2. Several methods of synchros axis-angle detecting based on A/D Technology are researched, such as Virtual Value, Fourier transform, separate area, etc. And the third one is particularly discussed. To overcome the problem of the angle's jumping on some critical points, the paper discussed it by using fuzzy neural network theory and solved it basically.3.After introducing the hardware and software design of angle detecting board based on TMS320LF2407A, a whole axis-angle detecting and debug system is implemented. Under the same experimental conditions, the performance of the DSP board is compared to the special module and single-chip's. The results show that the axis-angle detecting board of DSP can substitute the specific module.The DSP axis-angle detecting board has been proved successfully and has satisfied the requirement of numerical control machining and holds application values and excellent foreground.
