The radiation temperature measurement in non-contact temperature measurement has the advantages of high response speed,high measurement temperature,and no influence on the temperature field,so it has been rapidly developed and widely used in many fields.In order to study the transient temperature during the thermal damage process,a Quasi-? dynamic calibration system of the temperature sensor was built.The signal measured by the colorimetric thermoscope with sufficiently fast response was selected as the Quasi-? pulse temperature excitation signal.Based on the detailed introduction of the basic theory of infrared radiation and the commonly used temperature measurement methods,the wavelength selection method and principle based on double wavelength selection are studied.Firstly,the appropriate wavelength range should be selected according to the temperature measurement range;secondly,The smaller the wavelength,The higher the sensitivity of the temperature measurement,We should try to choose smaller wavelengths under the premise of detectable intensity;Finally,the two wavelengths are chosen based on the conclusion that the closer the two wavelengths are,the smaller the influence of the emissivity is.Based on the theoretical basis,the system structure of the dual-wavelength thermometer and the performance of each component are introduced.A calibration experiment of colorimetric temperature measurement system based on blackbody furnace was designed for dual wavelength colorimetric temperature measurement system.Through the calibration experiment of the colorimetric system,it can be concluded that when the temperature is low to a certain extent,noise has a great influence on the resultof temperature measurement,so that accurate measurement results cannot be obtained,and when the temperature continues to decrease,the temperature measurement system will not be able to obtain the measurement result due to the low radiation intensity.When you calibrate in the middle temperature range,the temperature calibration curve fitted with the curve fitting method has a lower error than the K value method.In the temperature measurement experiment of the heated copper sheet,it was proved that using the wavelet denoising can optimize the experimental results when measuring the temperature in the middle temperature section,which provides a certain reference for the application of wavelet denoising in the field of radiation temperature measurement.In the dynamic calibration experiment of the temperature sensor,the effect of quick response time and wide bandwidth of the colorimetric temperature measurement system was verified.
