Sunshine is the best antiseptics. Information opening is not only an inherent requirement of a democratic society, but also a necessary measure to meet the public’s right to know. The publicity of university information is the concrete implementation of the information opening system in colleges and universities. It is also the proper meaning of the construction of the modern university system. The promulgation and implementation of "The Regulations on the Disclosure of Higher School’s Information" bring the new opportunities for the information opening system. The development of the publicity of university information system brings both chances and challenges to the administration of university archives. University Archives need to be clearly involved in the method and path to reflect the value and role of the university archives.Surrounding the research on the participation of university archives in the context of the university information opening, the thesis submits self’s analysis of this issue from three major aspects. The first part mainly analyzes the feasibility of participation in the information opening of University Archives from the theoretical foundation, the foundation and its conditions and regulations. The second part mainly analyzes the macro environment of participation in the information opening of University Archives from the document management system, file and regulations, functions and the image of College Archives. The last part mainly analyzes the specific measures of participation in the information opening of University Archives in the practice mode, the internal aspects and the practical mechanism etc.
